Introduction

"ZRun" is an application launched by Shenzhen Zijun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Zijun") to provide you with sports guidance and health services. We attach great importance to your personal information and privacy protection. We will provide corresponding security protection measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and mature security standards in the industry.

Your ZRun information contains sensitive personal information, which we will upload to the Zijun server only after you explicitly agree in the application.

1. How we collect and use your personal information

ZRun (hereinafter referred to as "we") will strictly abide by national laws and regulations, integrate legal compliance into product design and business processes, and use industry-leading security technologies to ensure data security. At the same time, we attach great importance to your personal information and privacy protection, and are committed to defending everyone's privacy rights. To this end, we adhere to the four basic principles of privacy protection:

1.2 ZRun Device Management

In order to manage your ZRun device, we need to collect your device identification information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, SIM card identification, etc.), device hardware information, device usage information, system basic information, and network information. The purpose of collecting such information is to establish Bluetooth connection, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades, display data sources, and count device activation times. This data will also be used to improve the network connection experience.

In addition, we connect to ZRun devices via Bluetooth to obtain the device's sports health data, log information, location information, and device information (basic system information, device name, device ID, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.). You can terminate the collection of such data by disconnecting or unbinding.

After connecting to certain ZRun devices, in order to provide more accurate data monitoring, the gender, age, height, weight, etc. you entered in "My" > "Personal Information" in the "ZRun" application will be synchronized to the device (such as a bracelet, watch, etc.).

Some wearable devices that support calling functions need to display mobile phone contact information and call records so that the wearable device can answer or make calls.

When connecting to the ZRun device of Shenzhen Zijun Technology Co., Ltd., "ZRun" only provides the device upgrade path. The device firmware version is provided by the device manufacturer, and the version quality and upgrade results are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Your device name, device identification information (system basic information, device name, device identification code, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identification, etc.).

If your wearable device supports the weather forecast function, we will send your location information to the weather service provider to obtain weather information in your area and display it on the wearable device. You can turn off the weather forecast function in the device management of this application at any time to terminate sharing.

When you use our services, we may automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save them as relevant network logs, such as your IP address, browser type, telecom operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, length of stay, and refresh records.

1.3 ZRun Data Management

1.3.1 Personal Data Management

In order to manage your personal information and improve the accuracy of your exercise data, we need to collect your personal information, including gender, birthday, height, weight, exercise setting data, etc. You can go to "My" > "Personal Information" to fill in or modify it. If you do not provide this information, it will affect the accuracy of exercise data calculation, but it will not affect your local use of personal information management functions.

1.3.2 Sports Data Management

In order to record, back up, and manage your sports data, we need to collect your location information, sports trajectory, sports type, sports duration, steps, distance, calories, climb, speed, and other sports data. Sports types include walking, running, climbing, etc. The purpose of collecting such information is to record and count your daily sports data and trajectory and provide you with a variety of sports services.

Suppliers that support outdoor single sports track recording in this service include: Baidu Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Zijun Technology Co., Ltd. To use this service, you need to collect and provide your location information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide your device identifier and network information. The collection and processing of specific data are subject to the privacy policy of the third party. Please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider.

When you uninstall the APP or change your phone, your sports data will be lost, but it will not affect your local use of the sports data recording function.

1.3.3 Health Data Management

In order to manage your health data and display your relevant data, we need to collect your sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, MET, and other health data. Health data is personal sensitive information. The purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display, and count health-related data and provide you with rich health services.

All health data and personal-related information will be retained locally, and when you uninstall or change your phone, your health data will be lost, but this will not affect your local use of the "ZRun" health data management function.

Storage Permission: When you use functions such as sharing and vibration step counting, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write application usage information, pictures, videos, intermediate step data, etc. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Camera Permission: When you take photos and scan QR codes to connect devices, bind bus cards, or use group functions, we need to apply for and obtain this permission from you to complete the photo taking. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Location Permission: When you use a single exercise to generate track images, Bluetooth pairing , weather push, or other location-related searches, you can choose to turn on this permission to determine your current location information. At the same time, it can find the location of the headset more accurately. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Bluetooth Usage Permission: Both positioning permission and Bluetooth usage permission are used to obtain the power of Bluetooth low-power headsets.

Network Permissions: Network permissions are used for application error log collection, application version update detection, etc.

Get Device Information Status: Actually verify the user's device information (basic system information, device name, device ID, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.).

Phone Permissions: When you pair or associate devices, activate a card, or use functions such as answering calls, rejecting calls, and receiving caller information on your wearable device, you can choose to enable this permission to obtain phone status. If you do not agree to this permission, it will affect your account login and you will not be able to use other sports and health functions.

Microphone Permission: When you use a wearable device to issue voice commands, use the call function, or use the audio interface to transmit data, some ZRun devices require access to the microphone. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Call Log Permission: When you use a wearable device to push missed call numbers, control volume and call channels, you can choose to enable this permission so that the missed call numbers can be displayed on the paired device and the call status can be synchronized. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Contacts Permission: When you use wearable devices and group contact services, you can choose to enable this permission so that you can quickly import your phone contacts to the wearable device to initiate calls or add group member information. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

SMS Permission: When you use your wearable device to reject calls and send text messages, you can choose to enable this permission to send text messages to designated contacts. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, and turning it off will not affect the use of other services.

3. Protection of Minors

If you are a minor, you need your guardian's consent to your use of this application and agree to the terms of service of the relevant application. Parents and guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect minors, including supervising their use of this application.

4. Managing Your Data

In order to enable you to access, correct, and delete your personal information more conveniently when using the "ZRun" application, and to ensure that you have the right to withdraw the right to use your personal information, we have provided you with corresponding operation settings in the product design. You can refer to the following instructions for operation.

4.1 Access to Personal Information

After installing and opening the "ZRun" APP. In the "ZRun" APP, you can access your exercise data and health data through data cards, including step cards, exercise cards, sleep cards, heart rate cards, weight cards, blood pressure cards, blood sugar cards, etc., as well as device pages. On the "My" page, you can view your nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, height, weight, and exercise setting data.

4.2 Updating Personal Information

You can modify and update your nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, height, and weight on the "My" page. The data automatically obtained from your mobile phone or ZRun device does not provide editing and updating functions.
